Our core team is made up of a passionate group of people who form our Board of Directors. We’d also like to acknowledge our vast network of volunteers who also form “our team” and without them, we couldn’t achieve our goals!

Pamela Bousejean - Founder & Managing Director
Pamela started UR the Cure after her personal blood cancer diagnosis and struggle to find a stem cell match. She has a background in Commerce, Marketing and HR. Her diverse skillset enables her to independently run the full charity operations including the website and social media. Her strengths in building networks and relationship management have been extremely beneficial for the growth and development of the charity.
Kate Hope - Director

David Nash - Director
David has spent several years raising awareness on stem cell donation and organising donor drives during his mum’s ongoing struggle to find a match. After meeting Pamela and realising they shared the same vision to increase the numbers and diversity of people on the donor registry, he joined UR the Cure. He has a passion for cancer research, currently nearing the completion of his PhD at the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
